List of Ingredients

The Mix:
1 13-oz bag krunchy cheetos
1 12-oz box crispix
1 12-oz box cinnamom crispix
1 large or 2 small bags of Bugles..
1/2 box honey combs cereal...

OPTIONAL:
1-2 small cans mixed nuts..
1 bag mini pretzels..

Mix all ingredients together in a greased or sprayed roasting pan.

The Syrup Coating:
In a medium sauce pan, place:
1 pound of butter... REAL BUTTER ONLY
1 cup white corn syrup
3 cups brown sugar packed well..

Bring to a rolling boil, turn down heat and boil for 5 minutes...

Remove from heat and add:
1 t baking soda
1 t vanilla


Recipe

Stir well (it will foam); slowly pour over dry mixed ingredients and toss to coat (use a buttered or greased spoon- including the handle- to do this.) Drizzle syrup and toss mix until the syrup is all used and the mix is well coated. Put into a 250 degree oven for one hour, and stir every 15 minutes.

Have 3 long sheets of waxed paper or foil laid out on the counter or end of table. Pour mix on paper or foil to cool. When cool, store in airtight containers. Makes about 4 gallons.

MTP's Notes: This sounds like something that might sell well at a bake sale. I am also going to try it out to consider including in the Christmas goody bags this year!
