    List of Ingredients




    3 medium-size zucchinis, sliced 1/4" thick
    1 beaten egg
    2 tbsp. reduced calorie Italian dressing
    1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp. flour
    2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    cooking spray

    Recipe



    Combine egg & Italian dressing.

    Combine crumbs, flour, parmesan & pepper.

    Dunk zucchini slices in egg mixture, then dredge in crumbs mixture. After coating cookie sheets with cooking spray, place the crumb-coated zucchini slices on the cookie sheets and bake at 475 for 5 minutes; turn over and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
