Add nuts. Mix until nuts are coated. Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Add nuts and mix throughly. Spread on a buttered jelly roll pan. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes with a wooden spoon. Cool on waxed paper. Store in air-tight container.
