1 lb 15 bean mix
1 lb lentils
49.5 oz can low sodium/low fat Chicken Broth
10 3/4 oz can diced tomatoes (in puree)
10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
1.3 lbs ground turkey, browned
chili powder
paprika
curry
cinnamon
ground cloves
black pepper
hot sauce
some extra water to add as needed

I did a quick soak on the 15 bean mix (boil 2 minutes then soak for about an hour...lentils don't need soaking)...but you can soak overnight if you want. Pour all wet ingredients into a BIG soup pot. Add all beans (after soaking them) and browned ground turkey. Spice it up to your taste and bring it to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for a couple hours. I kept tasting it to see if the beans were done...lol. I think maybe if you added some taco seasoning it would be good too.
