    List of Ingredients

1 lb. beef, cut in 1" cubes
    1 tablespoon cooking oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 cup water
4 or 5 small potatoes (leave whole)
    1 cup green beans
    4 small carrots
    1 cup tomatoes
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/4 cup water

    Recipe

In the pressure saucepan, brown the beef cubes in the oil; adding onion, salt, pepper and 1 cup water. Place potatoes, beans, carrots & tomatoes over meat.

Secure the cover; place regulator on vent and cook 10 minutes after regulator begins rocking slowly (if rocking becomes too vigorous, turn down the burner).

Cool cooker by running cool water over it until no steam escapes when regulator is jiggled.

Mix flour and 1/4 cup water to make a paste, and stir into stew. Cook 2-3 more minutes without the cover and stirring constantly, until stew has thickened.
