Black Bean Soup (Quick & Easy!)

Try this! It's delicious and low fat! This is not a Weight Watcher's recipe per se, but I figured the points at 1 per cup.
List of Ingredients
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups cooked white rice
3 cans water
1 can Rotel Diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. bean seasoning (optional)
2 finely chopped jalapenos (leave out if you don't want it hot)
2 beef bouillon cubes
garlic powder to tasteRecipe
Mix everything together and simmer! Great for the crockpot, too - if using the crock, though, you might want to saute the onion before adding it to the rest of the ingredients.
