6 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. diced onions
2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tenderish.
add:
1 pkg. frozen California veggies (optional)
Cook 10 minutes
add:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta (cubed)
Stir until smooth.
You can also add some cooked and cubed ham or bacon at this point if you want, and stir it over medium heat a while longer.
