    Corn Chowder

    List of Ingredients

    5-6 slices diced bacon
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 cups canned or frozen whole kernel corn
    1 cup diced potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 soup cans of milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper

    Recipe

    Fry bacon until half crisp; add onion & cook until tender. Pour off excess grease. Add remaining ingredients, heat to boiling; reduce heat, simmer to blend flavors - about 20 - 30 minutes.
