    List of Ingredients

    2 cans cream style corn
1 potato or 2 small ones (I used 1 big baking one)
1/3 to 2/3 cup milk or heavy cream
    salt
    pepper

    Recipe

First chop potato into bite size pieces and put it in a pan on the stove. Fill the pan with water to just barely cover the potatoes, I try to put as little water as possible. Add a little salt to boiling water.

After potatoes are good and tender, stir in 2 cans of cream style corn. Now put in around half a cup of milk or cream (depending on how much liquid is already in the pan... the more water.. the less milk).. tonight I added about half a cup. Then i added about a 1/2tsp of black pepper and I just kept sprinkling salt in until I liked it.

Stir chowder over medium heat, until its all well heated.
