    Cream of Tomato Soup

    List of Ingredients

    1 quart half & half
    1 quart tomato juice
    pinch of soda
    salt & pepper to taste
    splash of worcestershire sauce
    dash of tabasco sauce

    Recipe

    Gently warm half & half in a saucepan. Heat juice in a large kettle and add soda when it is quite warm - it will fizz up, so be sure your pan is big enough. Add half/half to juice and season as desired. Heat to serving temperature but do not allow to boil.
