Crockpot Beef Stew

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef, cut into pieces
2 large potatoes, cut into pieces
2 cups sliced carrots
2 tablespoons flour
12 oz can V-8 Juice (regular or spicy)
1 can green peas
Recipe
Scrub potatoes and cut into chunks. Place in crockpot. Place sliced carrots on potatoes. Salt and pepper the vegetables. Sprinkle flour over this. Add the cut-up beef; pour the V-8 over all. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours. Stir about halfway through the cooking time. When done, drain the peas and add to the stew; serve.
