Hearty Potato, Sausage & Sauerkraut Soup

List of Ingredients
4 C. chicken broth
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium potato, cubed
2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 lbs. Polish kielbasa, cubed (smoked)
2 1/2 C. chopped cooked chicken
2 T. vinegar
2 t. dried dillweed
1 1/2 t. pepper
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover, cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
If necessary, skim fat before serving
6-8 Servings
(Shanny note: I added a coupla cups of cream when I reheated this soup for the next night's meal . . . and it was terrific!)
