3 or 4 ribs celery, sliced
half a large onion, chopped
half a stick of real butter
2 packs chicken gravy mix
1 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp cajun seasoning
dash of pepper
4 cups milk
6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
half a block velveeta, cubed
Recipe
Melt the butter in a pot and simmer the onion until golden. Sprinkle in seasonings and the gravy mix. Then gradually add the milk. Simmer on low and then add the cubed cheese. Stir until it's all melted.
