Sausage Chowder

1 lb pork sausage
1 c chopped onion
4 c cubed potato
1 t salt
1/2 t marjoram, crushed
1/8 t pepper
2 c water
1 17 oz can cream corn
2 17 oz cans whole corn, drained
1 12 oz can evaporated milkRecipe
In kettle, cook sausage and onion until until sausage is brown and onion is tender. Drain on paper towel. Return to kettle with potato, salt, marjoram, pepper and water. Bring to a boil, return heat and simmer until potato is tender about 15 minutes. Add all corn and evaporated milk heat through. Makes about 6 servings.
