School Day Hotdog Chowder

1/2 lb. hot dogs, halved and sliced
1/2 c. carrots
1/4 C. onion
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 to 3 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
In a pan combine hot dogs and veggies and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until tender. Stir in flour and salt and pepper. Gradually add milk, bring to a boil stirring till thickened. Add cheese.
