12 corn tortillas, cut in slices
1 cup tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
4-5 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil for frying
Recipe
Fry tortilla slices in oil & drain on paper towels.
Sauté onion in a small amount of oil until it wilts; then add tomato sauce, broth, bouillon, salt & pepper. Add the tortilla slices when ready to serve, and garnish with diced avocado & small daubs of cream cheese.
