1 chicken, cooked & diced - reserve broth
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can tomatoes
1 can garbanzo beans
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
salt to taste
12 corn tortillas
Recipe
Sauté peppers, onion & garlic; add tomatoes, garbanzos & seasonings and cook 5-10 minutes. Add reserved broth & diced chicken. Cut tortillas into 1/2" strips and fry - crumble into soup like crackers, or eat on the side.
