    List of Ingredients

    1 cup finely chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tbsp. melted margarine
    2 cups turkey broth
    2½ cups potatoes, peeled & diced 1/2"
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 cups cooked diced turkey
    2 cups cold skim milk
    1/4 cup cornstarch

    Recipe

Sauté celery & onion in margarine over medium-high until tender-crisp. Add broth, potatoes, salt, pepper & cayenne. Bring to boiling; reduce heat to low and when it slows down to a simmer, cover and cook 10 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir in diced turkey.

Combine milk and cornstarch, adding milk very gradually to cornstarch; stir into soup. Cook over medium heat 6-8 minutes more until mixture thickens.
