WW Camp Stew

List of Ingredients
1 pound of ground round
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (16-oz) package frozen butter beans
1 (143/4-oz) can cream style corn
1 (8 3/4-oz) can whole kernel corn drained
1 ( 10 0z) can barbecued pork
1 ( 10 oz ) can white chicken in water, drained
2 (14 1/2 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
2 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tbls worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper Recipe
Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet oveer medium high heat,
stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink, drain.
Layer potato, butter beans,beef mixture, creamed corn,and remaining ing. in
a 6 Qt slow cooker.
Cook covered on low for 8 hours.
I did the points on e-tools and it was 3 pts per cup and it makes 18 cups.
