    List of Ingredients




    1 lb ground meat(any combination of beef and veal
    1/2 box pastina balls
    Italian seasoning
    10 cups chicken broth
    1 box frozen chopped spinach

    Recipe



    In a large soup pot, heat chicken broth to a low boil.

    Roll meat into small meatballs and add to broth. Slow boil for 1-2 hours.

    Add spinach and seasonings. Continue to slow boil for 1 hour. Add pastina. Boil for 10-30 minutes. Serve.
