Zucchini Chowder

List of Ingredients
2 medium Zucchini, chopped
1 chopped onion
2 Tbs parsley
1 tsp basil
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cans chicken broth
1 tsp lemon juice
14-oz can of diced tomatoes
12-0z can of evaporated milk
10-oz box of frozen corn
1/4 cup parm cheese
2 cups of cheddar cheeseRecipe
Saute the vegtables in the butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper. Stir in the water, add the boullion cubes and lemon juice. Boil for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, corn and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Before serving add the cheese.
