    bratwurst, grilled & split
    prepared mustard
    sauerkraut
    whole wheat bread

    Recipe

    Spread bread thinly with mustard; layer bratwurst & a handful of sauerkraut. Eat it as is, or what's even better is to butter the bread on the outside & toast it on the griddle.
