Thanksgiving/Christmas: Chestnut Stuffing

List of Ingredients
1¼ cups chestnuts, cooked, peeled and minced (about 1/2 pound whole nuts)
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons whipping cream
3 tablespoons raisins
1/2 tart green apple, cubed
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In bowl, combine all ingredients and place in 1-quart casserole, pressing down lightly. Cover.
Bake 30 minutes; remove cover and brown top (about 10 minutes) before serving.
Yield: 2 1/3 cups.
