Fresh pineapple and papaya help to aide digestion and are an excellent side dish. Other fresh fruit options you can also offer are fresh strawberries, grapes, watermelon, and bananas.
You can also serve with a dip on the side. I use an 8 ounce brick of cream cheese, a jar of marshmellow fluff, orange, lemon, or lime zest, and a squirt of the juice. Mix all together and serve.
