Oktoberfest: K�seschnitzel (Cheese Schnitzel)

List of Ingredients
4 pork cutlets (boneless)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can mushrooms (sliced)
2 tblsp. olive oil
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 white wine (dry)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
salt and pepper
Recipe
Heat olive oil in skillet. Pepper and salt the meat. Saut� the cutlets until golden brown on each side.
Take cutlets out of the skillet and place them into a greased casserole dish. Saut� the chopped onions until golden, add mushrooms, whipping cream and wine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over the cutlets and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for about 30 minutes.
