Oktoberfest: Käseschnitzel (Cheese Schnitzel)

List of Ingredients
4 pork cutlets (boneless)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can mushrooms (sliced)
2 tblsp. olive oil
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 white wine (dry)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
salt and pepper
Recipe
Heat olive oil in skillet. Pepper and salt the meat. Sauté the cutlets until golden brown on each side.
Take cutlets out of the skillet and place them into a greased casserole dish. Sauté the chopped onions until golden, add mushrooms, whipping cream and wine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over the cutlets and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for about 30 minutes.
