    Thanksgiving/Christmas/Easter: Moist Bread Stuffing (touch of mustard)

    List of Ingredients

    1½ cups boiling water
    ½ - ¾ cup butter
    1/2 cup minced onion
    2 tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 tbsp. celery
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1½ tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. prepared mustard
    12 cups soft bread crumbs (about one 1# loaf, cubed)

    Recipe

    Combine water, butter, onion, parsley, celery, pepper, poultry seasoning, salt and mustard; simmer 5 minutes. Pour over bread cubes and toss very gently & lightly. Stuff body cavity of 10 - 12 pound turkey. May also be baked in a pan for 30 minutes at 350°.
