List of Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. baking powder


Recipe

Mix ingredients in the order given. Bake about 12-15 minutes in a moderate oven-350 degrees.

Cheffy addition:
I am going to make these and add white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Might add coconut to a few and make it a Tropical Christmas Cookie!!!
