Jerk Seasoning

List of Ingredients
8 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup Ground allspice
6 Habanero or Scotch Bonnet peppers
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Ground thyme
2 Bunches Scallions
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce to moisten
Recipe
Blend in food processor. Refrigerate. To make jerk chicken or jerk pork, take some of this mixture and rub on meat. Then, take about 1/2 tsp. or so and mix with some soy sauce and pour over the meat and let sit an hour or so. Grill.
USE Gloves with these peppers!
