    2 Tablespoons Sugar
    4 Teaspoons Salt
    4 Teaspoons Ground allspice
    4 Teaspoons Coarse ground black pepper
    2 Teaspoons Ground cayenne pepper
    1 Teaspoon Ground cinnamon
    1 Teaspoon Ground nutmeg

    Shake all ingredients until well blended. Rub dry mixture over all surfaces of meats before cooking. Grill
