Mix all of the above in a plastic bag or on a large plate.
Soak boneless skinless chicken breasts with egg or milk and then dredge in seasoning mix. Shallow pan fry in olive oil until no longer pink.
I made 10 breast halves and still had mix left over so you may want to cut in half or make it all and freeze the leftovers. Gravy can be made out of the bits and pieces left in the pan.
