Pork Rub Recipe

Recipe Introduction

This will make enough for 6-8 pork chops.

List of Ingredients

2 T paprika
1 T garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper (I used one)
3 T worcestershire sauce
2 T red wine vinegar




Recipe

Mix ingredients together and rub paste of both sides of chops. Refrigerate 20 minutes or more; bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes or until done.
