2 medium acorn squash
1 apple, peeled and sliced
2 apricots, peeled and sliced
1/4 C apricot nectar
2 Tables. honey
1/4 teas. ground nutmeg
1 Tables. margarine or butter
Recipe
Combine apple and apricot slices, apricot nectar, honey and nutmeg. Set aside.
Halve squash and remove seeds. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 until almost tender. Spoon fruit mixture into squash cavities. Dot with butter. Cook until tender.
