2 c. cooked squash, mashed
2 c. cooked cornbread
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Cook squash and onion together; drain, then mash. Add remaining ingredients, mix, and pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
