Bourbon Baked Acorn Squash

2 acorn squash
2 tablespoons butter, melted
cinnamon sugar
4 tablespoons Jack Daniels Bourbon Recipe
Cut 2 acorn squash in half, remove seeds and brush the cavity of each half with butter. Bake 30 minutes with cut sides down in moderate oven. Turn over and sprinkle each cavity with cinnamon sugar and 1 tablespoon of Jack Daniels Bourbon. Bake with cut side up 10 to 15 more minutes or until tender.
