2 Pkg Frozen Broccoli Flowerets
1/2 C Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup
1/2 Tsp Ground Mustard
1 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Can French-Fried Onions


Recipe

Cook broccoli as directed,drain and set aside.

In a skillet saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup and mustard and heat until bubbly.

In a 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish, layer 1/2 the broccoli, then half the cheese and half the soup mixture. Repeat.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fried onions and bake 5 more minutes.
