(I add onion too, but then, I add onion to everything) Recipe Link: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-fdcooking&msg=8491.1List of Ingredients 2 c chopped cooked broccoli 3/4 c grated cheddar cheese 3 eggs 1 1/2 c milk or light cream 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepperRecipe Preheat oven to 350. Butter 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Place broccoli in dish, sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper. Stir into broccoli cheese mixture. Put dish in shallow pan in oven. Fill lower pan with hot water half way up sides. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until custard is set. This is good with other cooked vegetables, a great way to get rid of leftovers.
