Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

1 (22-oz.) pkg. frozen mashed potatoes
1 cup (4-oz.) shredded Mexican four-cheese blend
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon black pepperRecipe
(makes 6 servings)
Cook 1 (22-oz.) package frozen mashed potatoes according to package directions. Stir in 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Mexican four-cheese blend, 3 Tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper until smooth. Serve immediately.
Note: I don't really care for frozen mashed potatoes, so I'd use the real thing, but for a quick meal, these were OK.
