    1 (10-3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 (8-ounce) tub cream cheese with chives and onions
    1/4 cup milk
    1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
    1 (16-ounce) package frozen cauliflower
    1 (16-ounce) package frozen cut broccoli
    1 cup crushed rich round crackers
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted

    In a 3-1/2- or 4-qt. slow cooker combine chicken soup, cream cheese, milk, and lemon peel. Add frozen cauliflower and broccoli, stirring to coat with cheese mixture. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours. Stir gently. If necessary, stir in enough additional milk to make mixture of desired consistency. Before serving, in a small bowl combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over vegetable mixture.
