Green Beans Stir-fry

Trim fresh green beans & cut in half. Start with a tablespoon or so of oil, get it hot in your wok or large frying pan. Add minced garlic and sesame seeds if you have them (if not, you can add a few drops of sesame oil near the end of cooking), and stir for a min, then add green beans and a dash of balsamic vinegar, salt to taste & stir fry to crispness that you like.
I think the first fresh crop shouldn't be covered with alot of sauce & stuff. Gotta taste that fresh ya know. But if you would like a dash or two of soy sauce-leave out the added salt.
