Grilled Stuffed Avocados

List of Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 large ripe avocados, 1/2, seeded and peeled
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup corn kernels
1/ c. monterey jack cheese,shreddedRecipe
Stir together oil and lemon juice, brush avocados with mixture. Then sprinkle cut sides of avocados w/ salt.
On a charcoal grill, grill avocados cut side down, on rack of an uncovered grill, for approx. 5 min. Turn avocados over, and fill with the corn/ salsa mixture. Next top w/ shredded cheese. Cover grill, and cook for 5 more minutes, or until cheese melts. Remove from grill.
Top w/ sour cream and chopped cilantro if desired.
