    Lemon-Basil Bean Salad

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    2½ tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    4 cups fresh green beans, cooked/drained
    1½ cups chopped plum tomatoes
    10 ounces baby lima beans, cooked/drained
    4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

    Recipe

    Whisk together the first nine ingredients. Combine green beans, tomato and lima beans in a large bowl. Pour basil mixture over bean mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with bacon & serve.
