1 1/2# carrots, cut into diagonal 1/2-in pieces
3 T butter
3 T brown sugar
3T lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt

Place carrots in saucepan; cover with water. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10-12 min. or till crisp tender.
Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan melt butter. Add sugar, lemon juice and salt; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Drain carrots; add butter mixture and toss gently.
