All quantities are up to you . . .I generally allow one turnip per person. I melt about a cup of butter n add as needed durin the smashing process.
Chop turnips into pieces, place in boiling salter buttered water. Bring back to boil & boil until soft/mashable
Drain add melted butter n mash ~ season w/salt/pepper to taste! REALLY EASY & YUMMY!
