List of Ingredients
1 c. ch. celery
2 med. onions, finely ch.
1/2 c. butter
2 T. flour
3/4 t. salt--dash of pepper
1 can mushroom pieces, drain and save liquid
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 24 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. pkg. herb stuffing mix
Recipe
Saute celery and onion in butter; blend in flour and salt and pepper. Add liquid from mushrooms; cook stirring constantly until slightly thckened. Mix mushrooms. water chestnuts and peas in 1 1/2 Qt shallow casserole. Spoon sauce over; mix gently. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top. Bake 30 min at 325*
