Sautéed Spinach

Sauté some garlic in olive oil, then added 10 oz. fresh spinach (it cooks way down - this made just one serving!!)
Saute this for a while until it wilts. I also added some salt. When it's done cooking, splash a little balsamic vinegar over it and serve.
You could definitely use different oils (sesame) or vinegars for a different flavor.
