1/4 c. butter
1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/8 t. nutmeg
6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1/4 c. ch. onion
3 T. vinegar
2 t. sugar
Recipe
In lg. skillet, melt butter--blend in seasoned salt and nutmeg. Add cabbage and onion, and mix well.
Cook, covered over med. heat for 15 min. stirring frequently.
Blend vinegar and sugar and add to cabbage--toss together. Cook 5 minutes more.
