2, 10-oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach
3 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1, 6-oz can sliced mushrooms, drained (1 C)
1/4 tsp dried marjoram, crushed
1 C dairy sour cream
1/2 C shredded sharp cheese
Recipe
Cook spinach according to pkg directions. Drain well; spread on bottom of 10x6x1-1/2-inch baking dish. Arrnage bacon & mushrooms over spinach. Sprinkle with dash of pepper & marjoram. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover with sour cream and cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
