    Spinach Soufflé (for spinach haters)

    Rich, but delicious, even for non-spinach eaters.

    List of Ingredients




    2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed as dry as possible
    1 stick butter or margarine, divided (one half softened, other half melted)
    1 cup packaged cornbread stuffing
    1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese

    Recipe



    Combine spinach, softened butter and cream cheese; mix well. Spoon into a buttered casserole dish & top with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over all and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
