2 (10oz.) pkgs frozen spinach cooked according to directions, and drained
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in 2 T. butter
4 slices American cheese, diced and heated in 1 sm. can evaporated milk, until smooth
Recipe
Put spinach in buttered 1 qt. casserole and sprinkle garlic salt on top. Pour mushrooms plus drippings and cheese mixture on top. Bake 20 min. at 350°.
