Vegetable Casserole

List of Ingredients
saltine crackers as needed
vegetable of choice:
asparagus
summer squash
broccoli
cauliflower
seasoned salt to taste
2 sliced cheddar or jack cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Layer saltines in bottom of greased casserole, followed by a layer of vegetable, a sprinkling of salt and a layer of cheese. Continue layering until casserole is almost full. Combine eggs and water, and pour over all. Bake at 350° 30-40 minutes or until set.
